The broadband router is a basic device which is use to set up a wired or wireless network. Broadband routers help you to send and receive data to each other and across the Internet on those computers which are on a network. These routers are available in both wireless and wired but their features are same.

A router actually uses to transfers data packets along networks in the offices. A router requires two networks for connect; commonly it use to connects the two LANs or WANs or a LAN and its ISP's network.
The key role of Broadband routers
Routers enable sharing your broadband internet between your computers or laptops in your offices and in home network. Routers can face any possible outside viruses, hacking threats and so they are vital in a network use. A router can not allow your network by working as a filter between the outside internet world and between your computers.
 Broadband modems don't usually are difficult built-in security features, so having a network without a router is not safe for you and it seems like that you are opening door to hackers and other online threatens.
